The Hastings area is one of the historical treasures of Barbados. Because of its proximity to the Garrison, former headquarters of British forces in the region, the nearby St. Matthias Church which was used by the Military for their ceremonial occasions and the Pavilion court which housed the naval hospital, the area has a military association. It is in this context that the Lanterns is proud to attach Hastings to its name.

The Lanterns at Hastings presents a new level of shopping experience in Barbados. It is a two level upscale shopping centre owned by Windsor Plaza Limited, and located on the site of the old Windsor Hotel at Hastings, Christ Church. It is the home of a wide range of retail establishments such as jewelers, pharmacy, designer clothing and swim wear outlets, salon, spas, restaurants and financial institution.

With its sophisticated aesthetic and design, fine finishes and unique layout, elevating it to a new level of shopping elegance, this ultra modern shopping complex is an attractive work of designing art.
