Precious Touch Foundation Inc. and its wish partner Give Kids the World created a magical experience for wish child Janica Moore. Janica (age 4) and her mum Jan Moore, accompanied by representative Henderson Rouse left Barbados on July 21, 2013, for a week-long visit to Orlando Florida where they enjoyed the usual royalty treatment.
On their arrival at Give Kids the World Village, the wish family was met by members of the Barbados Association of Central Florida and Tampa Bay, and they were honored with a special reception which included the raising of our National flag. During the week, Janica, her mum Jan and Henderson were taken on tours to Disney World theme parks, Universal Studio, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Disney Blizzard Beach Waterpark.
Big smiles greeted Janica when she exited the arrival hall of the Grantley Adams International Airport on July 27th, including members of her family, the Precious Touch Foundation’s team, Regina Ramjit (Miss Barbados World 2013) and Mr. Henderson Griffith (president – Barbados Association of Central Florida and Tampa Bay).
