On December 24th, 2016 a very excited Nathan Prescod, his mum Kerry-Ann Prescod, father Michael Watson and Precious Touch Foundation Representative Adrian Millington left Barbados for Kissimmee Florida to fulfill Nathan’s wish ‘I Wish to Go to Disney World’.
Nathan’s wish to visit Disney World was made possible thanks to Xhosa Barbados Kadooment Band, which gave a very generous donation towards making Nathan’s wish possible. Whilst in Orlando Nathan and his family stayed at Give Kids the World Village – a 79-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida. Which provides through its vast network of community partners accommodations in fully-furnished villas, transportation, tickets to theme parks, meals, daily entertainment and much more..
Nathan enjoyed his visits to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orland Resort, and SeaWorld immensely as he took part in many of the rides and shows and got to meet with many Disney Characters including his favorite character from the Transformers movie ‘Optimus Prime’. He also enjoyed having the opportunity to shop for some of his favorite toys.
