Caniggia ‘CJ’ Jarvis (14 years) wished for something that many of us in the modern world would take for granted; a simple Laptop Computer. This wish was granted on November 7, 2009, in the Paediatrics ward of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Anne St. John. Caniggia needed one ‘wish’ more than the other wish children, he needed constant blood transfusions. In an effort to assist him, the Foundation partnered with Hilton Barbados and held a blood drive at their Needham’s Point, St. Michael Resort.
Sadly, Caniggia passed away on June 20, 2010.
