Precious Touch Foundation Inc. in partnership with Guardian General Insurance Limited has turned another child’s wish into reality. Shanai Henry (Age 11 years), a student of A. Dacosta Edwards Primary School got her precious wish of a laptop computer granted on April 27, 2013, at her home. This Dell Inspiron 14 Laptop was donated by GGIL on Friday, April 13, 2013, and was presented to Shanai by Vice-President of the Foundation St. Auban Callender.
This special occasion was witnessed by Shanai’s grandmother Sonia Henry, her mum Ann-Marie Henry along with directors and volunteers of the Foundation. Shanai thanked Precious Touch Foundation Inc. for her Laptop and said that she intends to make good use of its functions to assist her in her school work. To add a special touch to her Laptop wish, Shanai was presented with a Scholarship Award by Mr. Troy Weekes, Founder of EZLearner. Mr. Weekes said that this scholarship would certainly assist Shanai with her academic skills.
