Precious Touch Foundation Inc. continues to bring smiles to the faces of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical illnesses. On June 8, 2013, Shaquille Griffith (Age 14 years) got his wish turned into reality when the Precious Touch Foundation Inc. team and Regina Ramjit (Miss Barbados World 2013 delegate) visited his home to present his Laptop. This special wish was made possible with the kind assistance from Dacosta Mannings Limited, who presented the Laptop to the Foundation on June 4, 2013, at their Warrens St. Michael Branch during the launching of their charity ‘Shop for a Cause’ and ‘a million miles for Smiles’ campaign.
Shaquille was overwhelmed with emotions at the kind gesture of the Foundation, and after a few tearful moments being consoled by his mum Shauna Griffith, he softly thanked the Foundation and Regina for his wonderful wish. The presentation was attended by directors and volunteers of the Foundation.
