On Sunday, January 6th our special wish children and their families were treated to a New Year’ dinner and party at Marina Bar & Restaurant under the patronage of Trisha Hinds (Managing Director) and her very loving and dedicated staff. For the past three years, Trisha has been sponsoring this exciting event for our wish families and it gets better every year. Sunday’s party was fun, fun and more fun with an assortment of attractively displayed dishes specially prepared for the children while the parents were treated after in fine style with a menu fit for royalty.
During dinner, the children were entertained in song by the very talented Trinity Clarke who created quite an atmosphere of smiles, nodding of heads, clapping of hands and eventually had the children dancing as she performed her wonderful selections. The evening was brought to a fitting close with the presentation of gifts to the children allowing our Photographer to capture some very ‘beautiful’ memories of another ‘beautiful’ occasion. A million thanks go out to the management and especially the staff of the Marina Bar & Restaurant for their kindness, dedication and commitment and also for bringing joy and happiness to the hearts of our special little children again this year.
